Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 48 hours via Canada Post. Shipping within Ontario is a flat rate, all other locations are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email with your order once your order is fulfilled.

Please note: During this time Canada Post can not guarantee shipping times.

Prosperity Hair Oil is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that have been tracked and marked as delivered by Canada Post. Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address before placing your order. Please contact us immediately before your item has been fulfilled if you entered an incorrect mailing address. If the item has been shipped to the wrong address due to wrong entry, additional shipping charges will apply on the customer's behalf.

Our products ship from Toronto, Canada. If you are located outside of Canada you MAY also encounter duties/taxes/fees imposed by your local government/carrier. We cannot be held responsible for these fees - we don't charge/collect them.
