Shipping Policy

Orders will ship within 48 hours via Canada Post. Shipping within Canada is a flat rate, all other locations are calculated at checkout. 

Please note: During this time Canada Post can not guarantee shipping times.

Prosperity Hair Oil is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that have been delivered by Canada Post. When entering a mailing address, please ensure the address is correct before placing your order. If you have entered an incorrect mailing address, please contact us immediately so the issue can be resolved. Unfortunately, if the order has been fulfilled and shipped with the incorrect mailing address due to wrong entry, additional shipping charges will apply on the customer's behalf.

We are located in Canada, therefore any mailing addresses outside of Canada may encounter duties/fees/taxes imposed by your local government or carrier. These additional costs are to be paid by the customer.

Damages and issues
